Our “Wheel Safety: Bikes, Blades and Boards” Learning and Activity Book is an 8 page activity book designed for 4th to 6th grade children. It emphasizes that whether you’re biking around your neighborhood, skateboarding in the park, or skating with your family. Staying safe is a must!

It begins by introducing the reader to that while bicycles, skates, and skateboards are fun, they can also be dangerous. The following page has a fun word search. In a hidden grid, kids can find and circle all of the safety words.

Then, students will discover the rules of the road for bikes, boards and blades. Common safety signs that children should follow are also shared with the readers. Such as a stop sign, yield sign, etc.

The activity book then moves on to a section section about how to maintain bicycles, inline skates, and skateboards to avoid injury. A fun word scramble activity with clues and words related to cycling and skating safety ends the activity book.

Finally, on the back page is where students will find the “do’s and don’ts” of wheel safety. On the back page is also where you have the option of personalizing the book for as low as $0.05 each!
